How long does it take for a home urine pregnancy test to be accurate?

Varies: Pregnancy tests will be positive depending on how sensitive they are to the HCG hormone. Implantation occurs seven to nine days after fertilization. Hcg hormone starts to be produced and can be measured a few days after implantation.
