Snoring Loudly: Men and women snore equally, the condition does not discriminate based upon gender. The bigger we get, the more we snore. Anything that leads to stuffy nose, soft palate swelling, tonsil enlargement, tongue enlargement, and bigger neck circumference lead to snoring.
