No: Generally, the answer to this would be yes. However, since the ultimate appearance of any part of your body is genetically determined, there are variations in appearances of anatomical structures that come in pairs that should be symmetrical. There could be subtle differences in the thickness of your eyebrows as a result. If you are a woman this can be dealt with by eyebrow pencil or plucking.
