Psoriasis vs eczema: If this is a recurrent problem, you may have psoriasis. Your doctor will have to make the proper diagnosis in person then may recommend one of several treatments: UV light therapy, corticosteroids, vitamin D creams, retinoid gels. Some eczema medicines are sometimes tried. Remember to be careful to not get any of the medicine in your eyes.
