History/Blood Test: If you have symptoms of Hypoparathyroidism which are due to low calcium and other times no symptoms and gets diagnosed by accident finding low calcium level in blood So hypothyroidism can be diagnosed by doing a blood test and ig Valcium level is low with normal albumin level. Then next blood test is to confirm with Parathyroid hormone level which will be low in Hypoparathyroidism
