Your question?: Low t is associated w/obesity, especially central obesity commonly seen in men. Therefore, it's doubtful that your penis shrinking. Instead, it's more likely that you can't see your penis due to an overlying suprapubic fat pad. So change your eating habits & start exercising. Lose the belly fat and you'll see your penis just as normal as it previously was. Talk to your doc if you need t replacemen.
