It can interact with a food/tobacco/alcohol, with many medications; it can cause serious side effects if dosed inappropriately: fast, irregular, pounding, or racing heartbeat or pulse; shakiness in the legs, arms, hands, or feet; trembling or shaking of the hands or feet, and many others less common side effects, but not less serious.
