Fungal infections: This combination of medicines (lotrisone) is used for the treatment of superficial fungal infections. It is best to have had some test to prove a fungus is present before using. The Clotrimazole takes car of the fungus and the Betamethasone helps reduce the inflammation (redness) that can often be present.
