Is there a way to find out your baby's blood type without tests if you know both parents blood types?

No: You can narrow down what the blood type of the child will be however you cannot be 100% sure what the blood type of the child is without testing since either the mother or the father can donate the gene for blood type.

See below: Not really, but if you know both alleles of the parents genetic make-up you can get a good idea of the choices available.
