Doctor's appointment: It might be a good idea for him to speak to his doctor about this. The doctor would be able to evaluate these symptoms and make a referral to a specialist if necessary. Many cognitive problems are temporary and reversible. Some get progressively worse. It would be good to understand what's going on to ensure the highest functioning for the longest period of time.
