Here are some ... : Phimosis is specifically to denote the presence of non-tractable skin, which is an inborn "disorder" and may cause irritation, infection -yeast or bacterial, and inflammation, especially during sexually active age. But remember: Everything always displays as a pattern of full spectrum; for foreskin, it may be severe tight non-retractable to just long redundant although phimosis is non-retractable.
