Several: Usually these are intellctual, i.e. Learning disorders, lower intelligence and behavioral, impulsive, inattentive. If you know someone with these issues, seeing a psychologist to determine the persons strengths and defecits will help in their rehabilitation. Often a psychiatrist is needed for the behvioral issues if the are causing dysfunction.

Lead effects on CNS: Depends on degree, and time period, as well as age at exposure. Lead exposure damages cells in the hippocampus, a part of the brain involved in memory.
