No Periods at 13YRS: It is not unusual in some not to have periods at 13.Primary amenorrhea is when no periods, and has other changes of puberty and over the age of 15 you just have to be patient and wait. You probabely are a late bloomer.

Not from that: Early/late is often gauged by youth by how they compare with their friends, but 13 is not late. An x-ray of your wrist/hand can tell if you are ahead or behind of your age with development. If your bone age is 13 you are right on schedule, 11 behind, 16 ahead. Puberty itself can happen quick over 3 years or slowly over 7.
