Many: Possible depression, anxiety, poor memory, hypertension, poor blood sugar control with possible development of diabetes, possible risk for hear disease and stroke. Specially if due to sleep apnea.

Insomnia Consequence: Hypersomnia decreased attention concentration decreased memory impaired judgment higher risk of motor vehicle and other hazardous instrument accident tiredness decreased immunity etc.
