What drug(s) has worked best for vaginal odor without infection?

Depends: Even if not infected, an imbalance in vaginal ph can cause odor. The antibiotic Metronidazole works well. So does clindamycin. They both will re-establih the normal bacterial balance in the vagina and help eliminate odor.

Vaginal odor: Usually indicates a pH imbalance. I would recommend Boric acid vaginal inserts to correct the pH.
