Depends: It is nearly impossible to say as herbal medications are not regulated and standardized by the government. As a result though most herbal supplements are as advertized and will not cause a positive drug test from the blood or urine, some may have unadvertized contaimanents that could cause a positive drug test. In general sticking to the more known major brands will reduce the risk but not compl.
