Variety of Things: This could be related to clothing you have worn, a hair follicle/ingrown hair, an infection in a sweat gland, a reaction to something that touched that portion of your skin, an infection in your skin, or something else. It is difficult to tell without more of a story/seeing the rash.

Itertrigo: Sweat combines with dead skin to cause an irritation where skin meets skin. Other causes could contact dermatitis, fungal/viral/bacterial infection, allergic reaction. See your doctor for diagnosis and treatment.

Several: It is possible to have an infection, fungal or bacterial. You could have an allergic reaction or just a severe irritation to shaving. Some dermatitis can start in one location or be isolated to one area. If fever, pain, or drainage or weeping fluid, see ur dr. If not can try an anti fungal powder to keep dry or mild steroid cream for relief of itch, irritation.
