Long list: Good: libido, erections, muscle mass, better fat and Insulin metabolism, mood, energy. Bad: can elevate red cells too high, can cause increased prostate size, won't get great results w/o diet and exercise improvement.

T supplementation: Benefits: feel better, better strength, better bone mass (with actual improvement in bone mass), decreased risk of alzheimer's disease, decreased risk of depression and cognitive decline in elderly, better sex drive, more energy. Downsides: - testicles can/will shrink - your body will become dependent on it - probably will make male infertile there are strategies to mitigate these effects.
