Kinda: Not feeling remorse manifests in several physical conditions. For example, people that have no remorse will maintain a normal heart rate and not perspire as much in certain situations. In psychiatry, conduct disorder in kids and antisocial personality disorder in adults carry lack of remorse as a hallmark.
