How should i cope with a dual personality?

Specializes in Psychiatry

It depends: If the "dual personality" is yours, then consultation with a psychiatrist or psychotherapist could be helpful. More needs to be known to address the problem. If the "dual personality" belongs to someone close to you, then they may need to see a psychiatrist/psychotherapist themselves. If this person is harming you during one of the personality modes, you need to take care of yourself above all.
