Breast feed: Your breast may engorged after giving birth. If you choose to breast feed--> go ahead and feed your baby. It should help symptomatically. If you choose not to breast feed--> wear tight compressive bra and minimize nipple stimulation. If your breast start cracking and one of them get red/inflamed, you may have mastitis and may require further evaluation by your physician.
