Any hormonal: Any oral contraceptive pill should help to regulate the menstrual cycle for a woman with pcos - in addition to providing contraception. The "mini-pill", which is a Progesterone only pill will not be as effective for most women. Other forms of contraception (shots, barriers, iud's, implants, etc) should still be effective for contraception.
