How to treat backne?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Acne on your back?: Acne on the back usually requires a systemic antibiotic or more. Erythromycin and tetracycline both have advantages depending who you are. In addition, consider topical Clindamycin plus either benzoyl peroxide (over the counter) or a retinoic acid derivative. Please forgive me if i've guessed wrong what you mean by "backne".
