Hard to say: We really don't know what a person does in a coma and most people don't remember what happens so my answer is...Possibly.

No: Not if the person is truly in coma. Coma includes lack of responsiveness to internal as well as external stimuli, except for maintenance of basic functions, which even so are not well-regulated. Eeg in coma shows activity which is not associated with dreaming.
