Yes: Skipping Adderall is not going to hurt you. You just don't get the positive effect that day. Wellbutrin, (bupropion) on the other hand, needs to be taken daily in order to get benefit. It takes weeks to start working. Using the 2 together should be watched closely as they both can lower the seizure threshold, making it more likely that you could have a seizure.
