Urostat: An over the counter medication called Pyridium (phenazopyridine) (utostat, azo) is a urinary analgesic that relieved you of bladder spasm and pain on urination. It is not an antibiotic. An antibiotic is still required to clear the infection. Pyridium (phenazopyridine) will change the color of your urine either blue or orange, based in which brand you buy. This is normal. Also, drink plenty of water to try to "flush" bacteria out.
