Need a Specialist: Adult congential heart disease and pregnancy are becoming increasingly possible in many patients, but you need a consultation with a specialist in adult congenital heart disease and, if they approve, a high risk obstetrician. The pacemaker will not be a problem, but the pulmonary vascular issues associated with tricuspid atresia may make pregnancy a bad idea. Seek professional consultation!

Depends: The safety of pregnancy depends on numerous other issues, like your heart function (i assumed you've had a fontan) other medical issues etc. If all other aspects are good, then pregnancy can be safe with very close monitoring. But please discuss this with your cardiologist.
