Pain, swelling: If you mean venous clots or DVT then typical symptoms include pain , swelling in legs. Sometimes redness, low grade fever, stiffness in the leg muscles and cramps.

Sometimes there are few or very mild symptoms. if you have these symptoms especially if you have risk factors for blood clots, get checked by a doctor.
