Agree w Dr. Erman: Pinworm treatments include anthelmintic medications like Albendazole (Albenza), Mebendazole (vermox) or pyrantel (Pin-X, Antiminth). Good handwashing is important. Emollients can be used for anal itching. Wash clothing that has been worn recently, bed linens, upholstery and carpeting. All family members should be treated.
