Cervix change: If you have new onset mucous especially with pressure or cramps, you have to worry about cervical change (dilation and/or shortening). You should be seen by your doc to rule out preterm labor, cervical incompetence, or infection. Sometimes it can be normal (leukorrhea of pregnancy) but it's safer @ 32 weeks to be sure.
