Treat the CHF, fully: CHF leads to poorly oxygenated organs, causing shortness of breath, less ability to do same activity as used to, many systemic sx such as fatigue, loss of appetite. Nausea, weakness. First. Doc must establish that something else isn't causing nausea (side effect of med, gastritis, reflux of acid), and rx that. But key is optimizing rx (right combo meds, low salt intake, mild exercise) of the chf.
