Hyperhidrosis: If it affects the hands (palmar hyperhidrosis) sometimes surgery is needed - thoracoscopic sympathectomy. For axillary hyperhidrosis, many products are available. Aluminum zirconium powder can be applied directly to the skin.

For mild to moderate & unresponsive cases: rx strength 20% alcl in ethanol (drysol) or 6.25% aluminum tetrachloride (xerac) + baking soda applied next am can be tried. Topical Glycopyrrolate available through compounding pharmacies is another option.
