See doc today!: Shortness of breath can be life-threatening so you need to be seen by a doctor today asap. Go to the er if your doctor cannot see you today. Possible diagnoses for your symptoms include bronchospasm from any etiology, pneumonia, acute or chronic bronchitis, pulmonary embolism etc. Etc. You need to be seen asap so the diagnosis can be made and treatment rendered.
