Does anyone have any suggestions about healing scars of acne?

Treatments available: Over time, the look of any scar will improve somewhat. The question is whether it is a satisfactory improvement. A combination of resurfacing with fractionated co2 lasers, volumizing depressed scars with sculptra or other facial fillers, and direct excision of deeply pitted scars will greatly improve the appearance of acne scars.

Fillers / Laser: I like the combination of using dermal fillers and ablative laser. Makes the "crater" more shallow, then laser takes down the edges.
