Antibiotics: First you need to have a swab of your throat so we can determine which antibiotic will work the best. You will then receive an antibiotic that normally works for this type of infection. If it doesn't work we have the swab test and your antibiotics would be changed. I would also recommend that you gargle with warm salt water(1/2tsp per 8 oz. Of water). Also, get plenty of rest.
