Any tips for getting a 4-year-old to blow her nose?

Party favors: Most kids don't learn how to blow their nose till 6-7 yrs old. One way to teach them is to buy party favors that unwind when you blow into them. Have them do this with their nose, one nostril at a time. It is gross, but it works!
