New deodorant: Sometimes glands can be blocked by the build up of deodorants. A holiday or time off from the current deodorant is needed and keep the area clean with warm soap and water and try warm moist compresses to draw out any extra fluid. Then try a small amount of baby powder or baking soda to the area if needed for absorption for a few days..
