Time: Time, avoidance of sun and tobacco use are your initial best options. Silicone gel creams may also help. Scar revision are unlikely to produce improvements unless the scars are raised. Bleaching or laser treatments may help dark or hyperemic scars. Salicylic acid may also help razor bumps.
