How to treat the reproductive organ herpes?

Acyclovir: Most cases of genital herpes will respond to therapy with Acyclovir or one of its salts. This, however, is only a temporary expedient, and the condition may well recur, since one cannot rid herpesvirus from the body once you have it. One can reduce the frequency of recurrence with chronic use of prophylactic acyclovir.

Anti-herpes drugs: With drugs like valacyclovir, acyclovir, or famciclovir, given either episodically (at the first sign of an outbreak) or daily for prevention of outbreaks.
