Back pain is common: Back pain is very common, and is often caused by disk problems or muscle strain in the lower back. But there are many other causes from spinal abnormalities to menstrual pains or constipation, to bladder infection, endocarditis, and even constipation. If your pain persists or interferes, probably best to get it checked out by your doctor.
