Depression signs: Somatic symptoms of depression include low energy; leaden feelings in arms/legs; difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking too early in the morning; sleeping too much; frequent naps; decreased appetite with weight loss; increased appetite w/weight gain; sexual arousal difficulties; erectile dysfunction; delayed orgasm/inability to reach orgasm; body aches; GI upset; paresthesias.
