Fever in infants: Any fever over 100 degrees should be c hecked out but fi the child is behaving unsusual then it becomes an emergency especially if there is altered sensorium or irritability or if child is nto feeding well, etc. Best to call your md and discuss over hte phone for guidance as eaxh baby behaves diff. With fevers and md can tell what to look for at that time.
