Do i have to see a dermatologist to manage my psoriasis, or can i see my family physician?

Possibly: Dermatologists are specifically trained to manage your psoriasis with effective topical medications and are also familiar with several of the newer biological medications for more severe psoriasis. Many dermatologists also offer additional therapies such as uvb phototherapy or laser treatments which may not be available at family physician office.
