Change acidity level: As you know canker sore as all fungal infections live and reproduce in an acid medium meaning a low ph. Before taking any antifungal medication, i would like you to try rinsing and only rinsing 3 to 4 times a day specialy @ bed time with milanta or any antiacid liquid. I'm sure you will have a positive response within 48 hrs.
