Many bad things: Erosion of tooth enamel, bad breath, potential rupture of stomach, poor body image, depression. Eating disorders have a mortality of 10%. Please get her help asap!

Eating Disorder.: This can cause severe electrolyte abnormalities, lose of periods, osteoporosis, if associated with vomiting, loss of enamel on teeth, abviously self image problems, social problems, isolation, family problems, suicide attempts. Just to mention a few.
