Quickest way to get over eczema?

Eczema blues!: Eczema can be trying for both patient & treating doctor. Eczema can occur from extrinsic as well as intrinsic factors. To find the cause of eczema is the tricky part. Key thing is to keep the skin nice&soft & infection free&not to itch. I have found that applying cold paks on the eczema when it itches, helps calm the itch and prevents infection from scratching. Use lots of moisturiser.

Protect: Avoid things that make you break out, soaps & wetness. Wash your hands only when necessary. Wear gloves when needed. Wear clothes made of cotton. Bathe only with a small amount of mild unscented soap, such as dove. Keep the water temperature cool or warm, not hot. Use the medicine your doctor gave you. Use a plain moisturizer daily. Avoid scratching or rubbing the itchy area. Manage stress.
