Not directly: Claritin is useful to reduce the symptoms of allergies, especially post nasal drip. It should be used with other medications. Mid you are having serious allergic symptoms that worsen your asthma, see an allergist.

I take Claritin & sudafed daily to help w/allergies & asthma, but allergies &/or head cold are very bad now. What else can I add? Benadryl (diphenhydramine)?
