A question about repressed memories: how can you tell if they are repressed dreams?

No: Repressed memory syndrome has been shown to be an unreliable diagnosis. Many feel it has caused considerably more harm than good. Memory is incredibly dynamic. Our memories are in general very unreliable. Extensive research has shown that memories are subject to significant change over time. For more info, google dr. Elizabeth loftus.
