Likely Hepatitis: My first thought on a high bilirubin(b) at that age is a liver infection. Hepatitis a is a common cause of frank jaundice in a teen. Other issues include rapid blood break down during hemolytic anemia, lesser forms of hepatitis like mono, metabolic disorders in b transport (gilbert syndrome), wilson disease.A good history & exam + some tests should sort it out.
