Depends: There is a vaste array of causes of irritability. Potentially keeping a diary could connect potential causes. Hormone or other chemical blood testing could reveal causes. Increased stress or decreased sleep can cause this. I would talk with your primary physician to help you sort through things. You may even want to consider a counselor or mental health professional.
